Introduction & Backsolo
Low-slope membrana telhados (TPO, PVC, EPDM) are the dominant telhadoing type for comercial, industrial, and institutional buildings worldwide. Sistema Design & Components
The TrilhoBase™ sistema consists of four primary component categories:

Cure Time: 24 hrs
Welding Procedure: The membrana-rail base is positioned on the clean membrana surface. A padrão hot-air welding gun (same equipamento used for membrana seam welding) heats both the membrana surface and the base’s co-extruded bonding flange simultaneously. A silicone roller applies uniform pressure as the weld cools, creating a molecular-level fusion bond. The processo requires no primer, adhesive, or mechanical fastener. Cooling to full bond strength takes approximately 60 seconds.
